These hard hats have a low-crown clearance for lower ceiling areas and they also come with a bracket and a cordholder in order to carry a miner’s lamp. These helmets are lightweight and made from a tough polycarbonate plastic shell. The cross ridge design on the crown helps to increase the strength and rigidity of the hard hat. The peak helps to protect your eyes and face from small, falling objects. This head protection meets/exceeds the ANSI Z89.1-2003, Class G (General) requirements for Type I helmets.
