There is a hook and loop closure , an outside pocket and a 2" 3M Scotchlite reflective tape that consists of one shoulder, 360 degree horizontal stripe and two vertical shoulder stripes. This ANSI, Class II vest comes in a variety of sizes and high visibility colors.
