How to Place Your Order:

Find the safety vests you wish to customize and place them in your cart.
Select one of our three vinyl cut printing options:
- One color vinyl printing
- Two color vinyl printing
- Silver reflective vinyl printing
Fill out the vinyl CAD cut form, which allows you to select a vinyl color, choose the text and font you want placed on your safety vest, and pick where you want the text placed (such as on the back or front of the vest).
Add the same number of vinyl CAD cuts to your cart as have safety vests you want customized. For example, if you want 5 safety vests customized and have added the 5 safety vests to your card, simply add 5 vinyl CAD cuts to your cart as well. *If you are looking to place text on more than one part of a vest (such as both the back and front) simply add two vinyl CAD cuts to your cart for every safety vest you want customized. What are Vinyl CAD Cut Safety Vests?

When say vinyl CAD cut safety vests, we are referring to safety vests that have been customized by using our vinyl CAD cut process. Instead of using ink like we do with silk screening or thread like we do with embroidery, our CAD cut process uses a vinyl material that is heat pressed onto the safety vest. It is very similar to numbers printed on the back of sports jerseys.

How does the vinyl CAD cut process work?

The vinyl CAD cut process works by taking a piece of vinyl material, placing it over top of a safety vest, and pressing both together using a heat press. Before the vinyl can be placed, the text you specified in your order must be cut using a cutting machine. Once the machine has cut the vinyl, it is then taken over to the heat press where your safety vest and text are bonded together using high heat and pressure.

Should I use silk screening or vinyl CAD cuts for much custom order?

If you need to have less than twelve safety vests customized, vinyl CAD cuts are your only option. If you need to customize twelve or more vests, we suggest using silk screening because the cost is usually lower overall. You can, however, still select to have twelve or more safety vests customized using vinyl CAD cuts. Some people prefer the look and feel of the vinyl over the look and feel of the ink used for silk screening. Also, vinyl is the only material that can come in silver reflective. There is no silver reflective option for silk screening.

Can I print my logo using vinyl CAD cut?
